4th Mobility 5th - 11th March 2017 - Cyprus

Sunny Cyprus hosted the 4th mobility of the Erasmus project. We had a tour around the free part of Cyprus, showing the beauty of the island, the sea coasts and the heritage. One of the most important aims of the meeting in Cyprus was to live the experience of living in Nicosia, close to the buffer zone. Because Nicosia is the only divided city in Europe.

During this week, Cyprus team organized different activities based on Cypriot customs and volunteerism, helping the Red Cross for organizing and creating “love boxes” for the Easter, to help poor families. We have also presented to our partners, the educational system of Cyprus and a video about our island and our city and our political problem that divided our country.

A lovely week ended with a big party, organized by parents and teachers, where everybody tried our traditional cuisine and danced our traditional dances. 

3rd Mobility 1st - 8th October 2016 - Spain

The third earsmus meeting took place in Purullena, a village outside Granad in Spain. It was a beautiful village with cave houses which were very impressive from architectonical view. People in Spain, students and teachers, were very friendly with an amazing hospitality!

At the meeting, the spanish team introduced their educatinal system and they organised a radio programme where students introduced their music in their language and also talked about the association they adopted. At a school presentation, all teams presented their association, talked about the reasons of their choice and what the association offers to their community.

Of course, paella and flamgengo were a must and we did enjoy it to the maximum! Hola!

Evaluation: 

• At the meeting in Spain, it has been repeatedly asked from the co-ordinator (France) and the Cyprus team (responsible for the EU SHARE BLOG), to the Portuguese team to submit the material they owe to the Erasmus group, since the first meeting. Hopefully this will be done until March 2017, where we all meet in Cyprus.  
• The Spanish hospitality was really amazing! Very friendly people, always smiling and giving their heart to us! Thank you Spanish Friends for the amazing week!

2nd Mobility 3rd - 9th April 2016 - FINLAND

  The second meeting took place in Finland.


At the Finish meeting , a plan of the future activities has been made. 

• The Portuguese team will prepare the questionnaire and they will give the results at the meeting in Spain.
• The Cypriot team needs the material (presentation/photos) from each participating country to upload for the EU-SHARE blog.  
• Confirmation of the dates for the future meetings. 

In Finland, a welcome concert from the students was a nice surpise! The Finish students introduced  their country, their educational system and how it is to be Finish! 

All the teams presented each country's traditional cusine. They all tasted traditional food from the participating countries. 

All the teams presented a powerpoint about the association they work for.

1st Mobility 4th - 10th October 2015 -  PORTUGAL

The first meeting took place in Portugal, 4th-10th October at the area of Samora Correira, a village very close to Lisbon. 

The activities that have been planned and completed are :

(i) Introduction by each partner of their country and their school.
Cyprus, Finland and France were the countries that presented a video /powerpoint presentation

(ii) New dates for the next meeting in Finland (03/04/16 - 09/04/16)

(iii) Ways of communication of partner countries 

• Mail for teachers
• Edmodo for students

(iv) Defined the purpose of the project :
       Work through an association related to the main social problems of each partners        
        environment.
       - Volunteer work

(v) Design of a blog ( EU SHARE Blog) - Cyprus will implement this.

(vi) Logo & Poster competition:
      - Winning Logo : Spain
      - Winning Poster : Finland

(vii) Presentation of social problems - Students of each country presented and explained the     
        local social problems of their area.

(viii) Newsletter for the actions, upgraded every two months. 

(viiii) Collection of 8 traditional recipes from each country - France will collect and publish.


       
Evaluation :       
1) We appreciated the hospitality and efforts of the Portuguese team.
2) More time should be provided by the hosting country for knowing the place and way of life. Coming in touch with the other's culture should be also a main purpose of the program.
